Your modifications sound good, though be sure that with adding more details to the instructions page, you make it unique & different somehow - these modifications shouldn't just be adding text quickly. Oh, and a tip with making new levels is to make each unique and special - new mechanics, obstacles, and challenges can help immensely with this.
